Montezuma is located on the coast of the Nicoya Peninsula. This area of the country is more remote, making Montezuma a little difficult to get to, and therefore, not overly crowded.
The beauty of Montezuma is its many quiet beaches, thick forest, and wildlife like monkeys, butterflies, birds, and much more. One of the things that make this little town so unique is its bohemian laid-back feel.
The Montezuma Waterfalls are one of the most emblematic Waterfalls in Costa Rica. They are made up of three separate waterfalls and are must to visit while on the Nicoya Peninsula.
The first waterfall is a paradise for tourists. It is the highest of the three. The second waterfall is about 13 meters high and has a lower cliff jumping point at just 3 meters high. The third waterfall is best known for its natural pool and cliffs. There is a rope swing as well that will be able to entertain you for hours.
If you are staying in Jaco, come and enjoy Montezuma for 1 or 2 days, You can have the opportunity of exploring this beautiful little town with hippie vibes and beautiful beaches, and one of the most famous waterfalls in the country.

Arriving in Montezuma our guide will bring you to the beautiful Waterfall to explore it and take a fresh dip.
After that you will have free time for lunch, Montezuma has many restaurants with a lot of different options depending on your preference.
After lunch, we will bring you to your hotel, and now it is time to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities.

We just provide the hotel night and breakfast. Dinner is not included.
Next morning we'll pick you up around 8 o'clock at the hotel, to take our taxi boat service at 8:30 am departing from the principal beach in Montezuma, back to Jaco area.
In case you decide to stay one more day we can organize something fun for you according to what you want to see or do.

From Herradura Beach, North Jaco 10:00 (Boat departure)
We will drop you off at the hotel where you will be staying for the night as well as drop you off from the place of origin of the previous day.
